A production-transportation problem of optimal distribution of plants taking into account the order of priority of their construction

An option of construction of factories is specified as an ordered subset of a finite set of their sites, the goal function being the production and transportation costs dependent on the construction priority. Algorithms of successive computation of siting are refined into a combinatorial algorithm for finding the optimal option.
