On decision making in a two-level system in the presence of unmonitorable exogenous factors

The process of decision making by Center in a two-level system is studied when the system payoff functions depend on unmonitorable exogenous factors. Center and subsystems are assumed to be unaware of the exact values of the unmonitorable parameters which become known once the subsystems make their decisions.
