Abstract: On a set of vector-valued in estimates by performance criteria of a binary preference–indifference relation is obtained which is a quasi-order in a general case. Basic requirements to be met by the solution methods presume the use of only the kind of data which the decision maker can fairly easily provide. The method should provide for checking the consistency of this data and include an effective procedure for elimination of possible contradictions. An algorithmical quasi-order design procedure which meets these requirements presumes independence of the criteria (to be checked) and transitivity of the desired relation.
