Obtaining a guaranteed domain of zeros and poles of transfer functions of the dynamic systems

Abstract: A procedure is proposed of obtaining a domain on a complex plane where the roots of the characteristic polynomial (poles) or of the numerators of the transfer functions (zeros) of a closed-loop dynamic system surely are when the process and controller parameters are uncertain and can take on any values from specified ranges. An example is provided of obtaining quaranteed domains of roots in angular stabilization of a flexible flying vehicle.
