On nonparametric estimates of curves and regression surfaces

The newly introduced nonparametric estimate of the regression surface depends on two functional and two numerical parameters. The asymptotic (with infinite increase of the sample size) behavior of the proposed statistic estimate is studied. For one of possible definitions of the regression surface estimation error a theorem is proved on the rate at which this error decreases against the sample size.
