The algorithm of solving an optimization problem for bottlenecks in message processing and transmission

For a range of message processing and transmission systems, MPT-systems, which maintain the specified input ratio of flows of different kinds of queries, the problem is stated and an algorithm is provided for solution of an integer minimax problem on optimizing the MPT-system throughput. A numerical example is provided.
