Development of selftesting controllers with testable algorithm flowcharts

The paper is concerned with principles underlying the development of self-testing control structures to be applied to design of testing tools starting with the algorithmical step. The procedure of developing testable algorithm flowcharts is illustrated for diagnosing a microprogrammed controller.
