Synthesis of discrete stationary recursive polynomial filters under the condition of increased order of astaticism

For linear digital stationary recursive polynomial filters in smoothing the paper identifies single-parametric subsets of stable filters whose type number is increased for some outputs. Explicit expressions are provided for accurate characteristics of filters of these subsets which lead to an approximate method of optimal design with minimal filtering errors.
