Fuzzy Logic Design of Linguistic Devices

Analysis of a system of fuzzy logical functions, FIFs the with the use of operators $\vee,\wedge$, and $\rceil$ amounts to finding the range of the FLF and the ranges of its variables. The analysis procedure where FLF value matrices are employed is proved sound and described. Structural design of FLFs made of bistable combinational elements is proposed and shown to be an engineering procedure of designing linguistic devices.
