Abstract: A range of controlled processes with discrete time on a finite control interval are considered. The processes contain uncertainty elements. The mathematical tool for description of such processes can be elements of theory of $n$-ary relations. For a nonadditive functional determined on a relation with the processes an algorithm is constructed for determining the minimizing sequence of controls as a function of phase coordinates. In the case of an additive functional sufficient optimality conditions are obtained.
