Properties of analytically structured nonstationary linear systems

The notions of transfer operators and operators of control sensitivity are introduced for nonstationary systems. The optimality condition in the operator form is obtained. Low sensitivity to parametric disturbances is shown. The relaton of controlled variables and disturbances is established.
