Coordinated operations management mechanisms for industrial systems. I: Coordinated planning in process industries

The paper is concerned with current coordinated scheduling which would ensure that a two-level active cintinuous production system meets the planned targets. Studies of properties of incentives for active production elements suggest constructive ways to design sets of coordinated schedules.
