Reliability planning in two-level systems

An approach is described to improving the reliability of planning in two level economic and industrial systems. For this purpose the bilinear, including stochastic, models of processes in the systems are extended. Two extension methods used in sequence are described. Examples illustrating their effectiveness are given.
