On optimal control of a discrete Markov plant with incomplete observation

Abstract: An incompletely observable Markov plant is considered. The risk function is found to depend on completeness of available information on the partially observable plant. For illustration the problem of optimal control is discussed for an industrial process incompletely observable of two states and three controls.
