Local design of optimal control for digital systems

A method is proposed for design of feedback control, near-optimal in the vicinity of a program which satisfies the sufficient conditions for relative minimum. A regular algorithm is described for computing the vicinity as is a technique for estimating the functional-wise deflection of the designed control from the strict optimum.
