Collegiate hierarchical graphs and graph operators of substitution

Graph structures are introduced which map systems containing several interconnected hierarchies. These structures are referred to as collegiate hierarchical (CH). CH-graphs are described in terms of interiority functions determined on numerical sets. One class of operators for CH-graphs is considered.
