Investigation of steady state motions in a relay control system with delay of the input signal recognized

A relay control system of an intertial second order plant contains a delay element. Transient and steady state processes are studied by methods of pointwise mapping and equivalent control. Necessary and sufficient conditions for stable motion are found.
