Determining the probabilistic characteristic of feedback control for a Markov and semi-Markov processes of error generation

The paper is concerned with processing a flow of data for the case where detection of an error results in repeating of the processing. Characteristics of processing time distribution are bound which lead to decisions made on allocation of necessary time and funds. The error generation models are a Markov process and an alternating restoration process.
