On-line forecast of a multi-stage process

The paper is concerned with on-line control of a multi-product machine — inventory — conveyor system with assumed design and technological links of the products. A singular optimal solution is obtained which is locally invariant with nondecreasing functions and is in good agreement with practices of control in a shop.
