Obtaining regions of asymptotic stability for linear sampled data nonstationary systems

A method is proposed to obtain regions of asymptotic stability for a linear sampled data nonstationary system of arbitrary order in the space of coefficients of its dynamics equations. An example is given and comparison with other methods is made.
