On relation of asymptotic stabilities of differential and discrete systems

The relation is considered between asymptotic stability of a linear differential system with constant coefficients and that of a discrete system which is one of its possible defferential applications. With the approximation step large enough, the discrete system is found to become asymptotically stable with any positive approximation step.
