A dynamic problem of research and development planning and a method of its solution

A dynamic problem of formulating the topics of R&D is formulated as a problem for maximizing the objective function which depends on the times of project completion over the planned interval with resources consumed by the processes being time variable. A method of solution in continuous time is proposed which relies on version truncation and ramification.
