Estimating the quality in sighting of a moving point

Abstract: A procedure is proposed for estimating the accuracy of angular attitude control system in a multi-body controlled vehicle. Transition matrices are used to obtain a closed loop leading to a matrix of the resultant error in constructing a sighting system of coordinates. Formulae are given for calculating the probability of the point «capture» with different random error distribution laws.
