On data transmission in remote control, signalling and metering networks by ternary codes

The paper is concerned with specifics of data transmission in remote control systems in trinary permutative codes, TPC, containing $C_0, C_1, C_2$ symbols of value $0, 1, 2 (C_0=const)$ in each $n$-bit word. The useful properties of TPC's are indicated, the frequency (power) spectrum is estimated and the code implementation algorithm is given.
