Semi-conducting position-sensitive photoreceiver with a radial electrical field in a time pulse mode

The paper discusses the operation of a position-sensitive photoreceiver (PSP) with a radial electrical field in a time pulse mode. The distribution of the PSP potential and the electrical field is shown. The output potential of a PSP as a function of the radiation source position and the receiver parameters is studied theoretically and experimentally.
