On control of systems with a multidimensional parameter

For a special class of linear dynamic systems with a discrete multidimensional parameter observability, controllability and design of optimal control are studied by reducing these systems to linear nonstationary ones with discrete time (with variable sizes of the vectors and matrices in the state equation).
