A multi-criterial assignment problem

The problem of allocation $n$ objects among $n$ subjects is discussed; both the objects and the subjects are estimated in terms of $N$ qualitative criteria with ordinal scales. There is a leader responsible for solving the problem. The solution criterion is selection of object — subject pairs whose vector characteristics are the closest. An interactive solution algorithm is proposed where the preferences of the leader are used.
