Properties of some experimental block design classes and correlation characteristics of observations

Incomplete balanced block design classes with complementary combinatorial properties are introduced. For these block design classes extended relationship algebras (containing the relationship algebra of James as a subalgebra) are constructed. Covariance matrices of extended relationship algebras are characterized. Sufficient statistics and unbiased estimates of these matrices are found.
