Abstract: Several macroeconomic models are proposed for analysis and forecasting the evolution of an industrial sector where the variations of basic techno-economic indices are related with investment and capital fund reproduction processes. An estimate of the possibility to replace the labor force with capital funds is provided. The fund revolution rate, the structure of introducing and replacing the technological equipment is related with the rate of product, replacement, the fund age structure, and the number of personnel.
