Algorithm of calculation of the operating characteristics of closed-loop queuing systems with absolute priorities

A method is proposed for computing the functioning characteristics of closed-loop service systems where the customers are served by an absolute priority discipline. The service time may be arbitrarily distributed. A detailed computation algorithm and an application example are provided.
