A class of absolutely stable nonlinear nonstationary systems

The necessary and sufficient conditions for uniform absolute stability of positive nonlinear conditions and sample-data systems in the class of nonstationary nonlinearities are specified as constraints on the system parameters. Ranges are specified of system parameters with which stability is maintained.
