Optimal progressive law of resource reallocation with uncertain disclosure by one of the divisions

The behavior of a progressive equation of exchange between two ownere is studied as a function of the resource they submit. The class of undominated progressive equations is identified and described. On the set of such equations the problem of optimal progressive exchange law is formulated. For some kinds of functional of the Center preference functions analytical expressions are obtained with an optimal exchange law.
