On international scientific project implementation with special reference to cancer research

Information system-based scheduling of a large-scale international scientific project is proposed. To improve the speed and reduce the circulation of irrelevant data that should be a selective data dissemination system. The article proposes a man-computer procedure to design the structure of such a system resulting from analysis of interrelations between research topics with subsequent estimation of resources needed for the activities.
