Abstract: The optimal control problem is reduced to design of a Hamiltonian action functional which defines the field of forces where the optimal process is an actual motion. The core of the method is the release concept whereby a field of forces is constructed where spontaneous motion of the system satisfies to constraints of the optimal control problem.
