On realizability of the effect of $Q$-factor improvement in a two-dimensional modulated system

The paper describes a two-dimensional system with amplitude-phase modulation and an actuator with a two-dimensional modulated rate feedback. Infinitely high $Q$-factor can be obtained in such systems with finite values of gains of elements.
