A multi-purpose simulating system. II. Implementation

The flowchart of a multi-purpose simulating system is presented. A simplified circuit implemented in a compute and numerical analysis of a certain variational problem are described. Ways to improve the simulating system are discussed. The decomposition principle with special reference to optimization problems is discussed that is used consistently in the multi-purpose system.
