Performing arithmetic operations in the decimal calculus system on uniform matrices of a minimal form

One method of minimizing the matrix computing structures of the decimal calculus system is discussed. A description of arithmetic addition and multiplication operations and of comparing the decimal numbers is given. A formula is given whereby division of decimal numbers is replaced by addition and multiplication.
