Streamlining the procedure for analytic design of controls for nonlinear plants

The paper is concerned with design of Controls for nonstationary plants with polynomial nonlinearities, the controls being optimal in terms of minimal Krasovsky functional [1]. A streamlined analytical design procedure is proposed where by its labor consumption can be significantly reduced (by orders of magnitude in a number of cases).
