Measuring the True Temperature of Heated Scale-Covered Metal Surface

The paper is concerned with measurement of the true temperature of scale-covered metal surface in a heating surface with substantial temperature drop in the metal A mathematical model using a pyrometer with a mirror appliance results of pyrometer industrial tests and comparison of analytical and experimental data is given.
