Problems with restriction on control variation

The paper is concerned with a problem with bounded control variation. Necessary extremum condition is specified for an optimal problem with bounded control variation for nonlinear systems. This condition is equivalent to stationarity conditions for trajectories in the class of small control increment and time control shifts.
