Economic states of a network of production units

É. M. Braverman

Moscow

Abstract: The paper discusses a model of a network of productive elements and shows that all states of such a network can be classified into economical and noneconomical depending on the costs of elements operation. The set of economical states is shown to coincide, under certain conditins, with the set of states implementable in the network when the criterion of selecting the state for individual elements is their profit computed on the knowledge of, generally speaking, non-equilibrium prices.
