The method of vibrational control in stabilization of ionization-thermal instability of a powerful continuous $CO_2$-laser

The paper developes vibrational control-based the stabilization theory for ionization-thermal instability of gas discharge plasma. Computing formula are found for optimal control actions. Theoretical and experimental data are compared.
