Necessary conditions of a weak extremum for systems with variable delay and mixed constraints

The problem to be solved is to find the necessary (order one) conditions of weak extremum for systems described by nonlinear differential equations with a variable delayed argument and mixed constraints of the equality and inequality type placed on the phase coordinates and controls. The results of Refs. [1–3] are extended.
