Representation of signals by instantaneous Fourier series

A special kind of Fourier supersedes [1], Fourier series with instantaneous coefficients is singled out. Theorems on convergence and approximation of signals by instantaneous Fourier series are formulated. Formulae relating the instantaneous coefficients at the input and output of a linear stationary element are derived. An example is given.
