Design of controllers which adjust with incomplete data on the plant state

Abstract: Lyapunov's vector functions are used to develop a technique for design of adjusting controllers and controllers which adjust with incomplete data on the state of the system to be stabilized. An example of design is given for self-adjusting and adaptive parameters for a second order plant.
