Concept of algorithmic control for a class of large systems

The article is devoted to formalization of one engineering approach to design of control mechanisms for certain classes of large-scale systems involving pre-determination of nominal functioning rates. The methodology proposed thus permits reduction of the case of large disturbances to the case of small disturbances, or to a linear control problem.
