Current sequential data analysis in control and monitoring

Conditions for fast data processing are formulated. Current statistics as part of sufficient statistics is a new notion equivalent to incomplete extraction of a specified amount of data in processing. The penalty function recognizes the losses caused by delays when numerical algorithms are used whose estimating capabilities vary. A Bellman equation is obtained for multilevel optimization of the structures formed by algorithms of increasing complexity and insuring the best control and monitoring performance of computer systems.
