Stratified sampling in the organization of empirical data collection

A formalized method for constructing a representative repeatedly used sample is proposed. The method is based upon results of Refs. [1, 2, 3] and stratification of totality with respect to auxiliary variable. Various recomendations for practical application of the proposed method are discussed.
