Prediction of new technologies used in the construction of optimal economic plans

Development of an economic plan is described for a Leon tieff-type dynamic system with a set of technologies. The characteristics and completion times are assumed known for development of designs of new technologies. A necessary and sufficient indication of optimality is formulated. The plan obtained permits estimating the dynamics of practicalizing new technologies. A way to check the effectiveness of new designs is given that does not require recalculation of the plan, Asymptotic properties of the initial model are described that simplify the check.
