A method based on turning solutions in the stabilization problem for linear dynamic systems with unstable equilibrium states

A metnod for stabilizing the unstable equilibrium states of linear stationary systems is presented which is based upon the turning solutions method for linear differential equations. Exponential stability of the equilibrium state!is secured by the use of small, in the mean, periodic pulse disturbances of the system coefficients.
